In Aug 2020 the Greenville Civic Club held its first egg roll sale. Original goal was to make and sell 2000 but ended up selling 8000. This is a big fundraiser for the club and it was decided to do it again in May 2021 with a goal of making and selling 10,000.

Who is Inny? She was born and raised in Vietnam and met her husband Jim while he was stationed there during the Vietnam war. She immigrated to Wisconsin after the war and brought many authentic recipes with her, including her egg roll recipe.
